Mind in Motion Coaching

Life and performance coaching for people who know something needs to change — and want the clarity, structure and support to make it happen.

01

ENERGY

How you feel, function and show up in the world.

02

GROWTH & DIRECTION

Where you're going and how you're developing.

03

RELATIONSHIPS

The people and connections influencing your life.

04

ENVIRONMENT

Surroundings, routines and conditions shaping behaviour.

05

PURPOSE

What matters and why it matters to you.

Who are you becoming?

Meaningful change isn't only about what you want to achieve. It's also about the person you are becoming.
Mind in Motion Coaching helps turn intention into behaviour — creating practical changes in the way you think, act and live, so progress becomes something you can sustain.
Change what you do consistently, and you begin to change what becomes possible.

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE COACHING

Change isn't something I only coach. It's something I've lived.
I left school at 16 and began my working life as an engineering apprentice. Following redundancy in my late twenties, I returned to education, progressing through an HND and BEng in Mechanical Engineering before completing an MBA while working full-time and raising three young children.
I went on to build more than 25 years of senior commercial and leadership experience, including global roles and working with major organisations.
Later in life, I transformed my own health, habits and direction. Endurance sport became part of that journey, eventually taking me through seven full-distance IRONMAN finishes and experiences that once would have seemed impossible.
Today, I bring those experiences together in my coaching — helping people create meaningful change in their performance, confidence, direction and wider lives.

HELPING PEOPLE CREATE MEANINGFUL CHANGE

My coaching is about turning insight into action. I work with people who want to make meaningful changes in their lives — whether that means rebuilding confidence, creating better habits, overcoming procrastination, navigating a transition, developing as a leader, improving performance or finding greater clarity and direction.
The aim isn't simply to have a good conversation. It's to help people understand what needs to change, take practical action and build behaviours they can sustain.
